Forgiveness, on the other hand, is a process inclined with tolerance and sensitivy, which we have in different levels. This issue may be just a small thing to others, but a big deal to some people. We can't force people to forgive mistakes right away. (2/5)
It might have affected them deeply, thus the damage might also take time to heal. If a person does not forgive someone, it doesn't mean that he's not understanding, or immature because people do not have the same level of tolerance and sensitivity (repeating for emphasis) (3/5)
