1/5 CHEEN is carrying out CYBER attacks. This is reminiscent of US’s startegy against #ISIS in 2017 when US hd used a combination CYBER + KINETIC action to weaken ISIS. And they succeeded!!! So what is the solution to such state-backed cyber attacks?

2/5 Not many know but there exists a TALLINN MANUAL which is an influential guide to applying Int’l laws to CYBERSPACE. Unfortunately just 1 country follows it— FRANCE. It has adopted Tallinn manual 2.0, and that deters digital interference/ hacking into its systems.

3/5 FRANCE’s interpretation says—digital interference in France’s internal or external affairs constitutes prohibited intervention if it is likely to affect the French POLITICAL, ECONOMIC or SOCIAL system. Now check what Cheeni hackers r attacking? They r attacking INDIAN BANKS.

4/5 Not jst India, every other country in d world including US, hd a lackadaisical approach 2wards countering state-backed CYBER ATTACKS. Recently JAPAN’s missile designs wr stolen—by guess who? Iran hd a list of ships moving through strait of hormus—guess hw?
