some actors choose to act in bls bc they know that’s as close as they’re gonna get to that kpop idol lifestyle but y’all not ready for that conversation

literally the bl industry the easiest and fastest way to go you just gotta be kinda good looking and barely zero acting skills are needed. get a solid fan base, boost it with fan service, get your clout and coins and then go back to what your rlly came for

some came for modeling other for acting and other for bands and such and they know bl gives them opportunities to get fans. it doesn’t get their names out like in the acting industry bc remember it’s looked down upon, its cheap and it’s fast and everyone knows it

take boun for example he initially was part of a small project that did random photo shoots here and there but the whole idea was to turn them into singers and the opportunity for a bl came up and definitely boosted his career (now boun im not saying had that as a goal but-

i am saying it’s an example of how the industry works another example 2MOONS worst acting ever let’s face it, hell the actor was homophobic asf but guess what SBFIVE is literally a music group made with actors from the show who got all their fame thanks to them cheap fangirls

OH and i forgot, after the show is over they do these fan meetings where they sing and dance and perform or wvt they call it,,,its literally an excuse to live their dream life as a kpop idol plz. they can barely act yet they push them to sing,dance,perform its gettign embarassing

also about the term “cheap fangirls” nothing against sbfive fans what i meant was that fans from 2moons who then started supporting sbfive were kind of their headstart fanbase/audience in a way as in the boys got support immediately from “rapid/fast fans” and not “cheap fangirls”
