As a Hispanic immigrant, I am fucking fuming right now.
My mother brought me to the US the legal way. She applied, waited, and we migrated to NY. We both waited until she was legally allowed to apply for citizenship. We never broke a single law.

These people broke the law and dragged their kids with them.
Do I care that their kids didn't have a choice to get dragged into the US by their parents or child traffickers?

No. I don't. I don't care any more than I care about people being born into the same poverty I was born into. We don't have to fix everyone else's fuck up.
My mother not ONCE asked for a handout from anyone, even though she knew making the government her sugar daddy would have made raising me a lot easier.

Not once. Not a single welfare check. We toughed it out. She sacrificed and bled for me.

These people? They cheated.
Does the fact that my mother worked through hardship mean I want every other immigrant to? No.

However, the people waiting in line to migrate to the US who have the moral gumption to *not* migrate illegally are the only ones who should be rewarded with the opportunity to.
Now I'm going to angrily pound some code and hopefully not write a bug into it that destroys the whole farcical system of injustice we call society.
