Upon hearing the defence’s submission, the judge stated he had to be attend another webinar, therefore, the hearing would commence after lunchtime, however, the NIA took advantage of this, and sought an adjournment until Monday.

The bail hearing has been adjourned until 22 June 2020 for NIA oral submissions and for the judge’s decision.
One thing the NIA have been consistent with is seeking adjournment after adjournment and they continued this trend with the bail hearing.
