I& #39;m sure we& #39;ve all had those times where one day we& #39;re so happy with ourselves and the next we& #39;re thinking about how much we& #39;re not doing.

It& #39;s all a process.
Healing is a process, you might feel that you’re over a situation and then surprised when two months later you& #39;re being triggered by that situation being a topic on the timeline.
Self-development is a process, you won& #39;t always get things right. One week you& #39;re on a roll, smashing your habit streak and the next, you& #39;ve only done three out of seven days.
Loving yourself unconditionally is a process. It feels so easy to love the parts of you that smile but not the parts that cry or feel emotion.

These things take time.

Be easier on yourself.
