2. The conversations I was having privately with Hanover Schools Senior Staff & School Board members at this time in 2017 combined with what they did to this (Black) student journalist just devastated me and let me know exactly what side they were on.
3. I am a high school teacher and I have a PhD in Educational Leadership & Policy. A teacher, a principal, a school district should NEVER throw one of its students under the bus like this, to protect themselves, the institution, or to maintain institutional racism.
4. Amazing that Hanover Schools leadership would trash Ms. Baskerville's work publicly in the newspaper and then just a month ago refuse to even acknowledge that those who threatened to "hunt" Black people were even Hanover students.
