I came here exclusively to say that exercise makes me feel like SHIT, I hate it, I get angry and sad after, thinking "how could I do this to myself?". I never felt better after exercising, never, not one day in my life. I've tried several different types and nop. Nothing.
I think people need to understand that some people hate exercising and this is normal. It seems almost taboo to say that you don't feel good after doing it. Some people come saying: WHAT?! TRY IT AGAIN!
