Improve your writing, improve your content /*THREAD*/

The demand for high-quality writing is high.

You will be far more successful in all your endeavors if you can craft content with your heart and soul.
Most people overlook writing because they don't think it is important.

That's wrong!

Writing is the baseline of content, and content is the baseline of your brand.

If you want a more profitable brand, learn how to write better.
1. Use clear, straight-forward thinking.

Use proper structure to organize your ideas.

Focus on delivering to your audience.

Respect their needs and adjust your writing to their wishes.

Use vocabulary that your readers are familiarized with.
2. Focus on the consumer

Use "you" to make the reader part of the story.

Describe a situation that the audience can relate to.

Remember, this is all about them and not yourself.

Create the atmosphere you want readers to enter.
Occasionally ask them a question or challenge them, with a "What if..."

This will keep your reader glued to your story.
3. Make your reading easy to comprehend.

Limit paragraphs lines of text.

On Twitter don't cross the 2, on email the 3 and on blog posts the 6.

Avoid overly complex vocabulary and highlight/capitalize key points.

Always use the right punctuation and spacing.
4. Grammar

If you're not an English native speaker like me, you will struggle with the grammar.

Make sure to have Grammarly installed in your browser extensions.

Bad grammar will distract the reader from what is most important:

The quality of your ideas.
5. End your story

Restate the single most important message.

Change up your tone to surprise the reader.

Never simply state something, prove that it is true by showing or describing it.

For example in a sales page, don't restate the benefits of your product;
Prove that it will make a difference in your customer's lives.

Words are beautiful and arranging them in a cohesive and intriguing way is art.

Take some time to master your craft.
