If you’re vegan cos of a moral decision then more power to you but don’t try and convince me that that’s an optimal human diet cos it’s not.
If your vegan diet was optimal you wouldn’t have to use supplements to get the nutrients you need lol
Most of a plants nutrients are fortified in fibre meaning they’re not bio available to you. For us to make use of their nutrients you need to break the plant down completely. Cows can do this because they have 4 stomachs. How many do you have?
This is why SO many vegans develop gut health problems. Too much fibre will reek havoc on your digestive system.
This is not to say an all meat diet is healthy cos it’s not. Humans should have a mix of both animal and plant product in their diet.
