Want to know how to prevent cops from killing people? 1. Make them adhere to strict physical fitness standards. When an out of shape officer gets into a fight and is overpowered they WILL resort to lethal force to save themselves.

2. All law enforcement officers need continuous training in hand to hand combative skills. If an officer just knew basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu they’d be able to end most altercations before they ever get out of hand. @RenerGracie

3. Have stricter employment requirements & pay them more!!!! Most cops live in poverty and do the job either because they feel like it’s a calling or they want to have a power trip. Most who feel led to law enforcement won’t last because it’s not worth it.

4a. Reform the justice system. As a former officer myself, it gets pretty old arresting the same people time and time again knowing they’ll be out of jail before you’re done with your paperwork.

4b. Prison doesn’t work without reform and forgiveness. While in prison inmates should be required to go through training to learn how to become a better citizen when they come out. This should include, education and job skills.

A prisoners life should be 12-14 hours a day of reprogramming. Then once they’ve served their time. Forgive them!

4c. Most who get in the system stay in the system because they don’t get “equal” treatment in public. They can’t get jobs which leads them right back to crime.
