We pay you with exorbitant, overpriced amount because we really appreciate you helping us to buy the merch, since South Korea is restricting shipments to many countries. Yet, the price we pay did not reflect the service you deliver to us. +
And I have to say this,

I agree customers are not always right, but dodging your mistake by blaming the courier is unprofessional. I would advice, please stop, JUST STOP doing business/GOM until you learn how to deal with us the customers.
