I do wonder how many solo stans are so young they've never had a job before or have exclusively had shit jobs considering the way the demonise... having an employment contract. Like yes if you're flipping burgers at mcdonalds you have to do what you're told otherwise +
+ you're fucked. But if you have a job at a good company or you have a lot of skills which are valuable to the company (both of which apply to BTS) your employment contract is more of an agreement between you and the country that you can negotiate. Basically, the company +
+ wants your labour, and you want to be rewarded fairly for it, so a good employment contract would outline what you provide to the company, and what the company provides to you (including things to make your work easier/more comfortable).
TL:DR: people seem to think BTS are the level of burger-flippers when they're more like McDonald's regional CEOs.
In addition: it's not just about stuff that's in your contract. Once you're valuable enough to a company you can get away with so much shit because what are they going to do, fire you?

Like literally what do you think BH can do to BTS that wouldn't also fuck BH over?
