Nicola Sturgeon will shortly update the Scottish parliament on the next steps out of lockdown.

The First Minister is expected to confirm we are moving into "Phase 2".

We'll be posting all the key points here 👇
Another 2 people have died from coronavirus in Scotland, taking the total to 2,464

There have been 18,077 positive tests

929 patients are in hospital (-36)

23 are in ICU (-1)
FM says number of deaths last week was 1/9 of that at the peak.

The R number has been stable between 0.6-0.9 for 3 weeks.
Ms Sturgeon says the progress is "clear and substantial", but has only been possible because of the "enormous sacrifices" made by people in Scotland.
FM confirms Scotland is now moving into Phase 2 of our exit from lockdown.
Ms Sturgeon says a "staged approach" will be taken in implementing measures in Phase 2.
We are still being asked to stay in or close to our local areas.

But FM says the plan is to review this going into Phase 3, and in time for the planned resumption of tourism next month.
From today, people who are shielding can go outside to exercise.

This does not apply to people in care homes.
From tomorrow:

- Shielding people can take part in non-contact outdoor activities like golf.

- They can also meet outdoors with people from one other household (no more than 8 in total).

But FM says people must continue to abide by social distancing.
For people who are not shielding, FM says people can meet with up to 2 households outdoors from tomorrow.

Still advising no more than 8 in one group.

Can also go indoors to use toilets.
Ms Sturgeon says risks of meeting indoors are still deemed too high.
From tomorrow, anyone who lives alone or with children under 18, can form a bubble with another household.

Can go into other houses, and can stay overnight.
FM says for example, grandparents can form a bubble with family members in one other household.

Or non-cohabiting couples can meet up indoors where one person lives alone, with no need for social distancing.
From Monday:

- Construction sector can move to next phase of restart plan

- Dentists can reopen for urgent care

- Can go to places of worship for individual prayer

- Professional sport (behind closed doors)
From June 29, outdoor markets and playgrounds can reopen
Non-essential retailers can also reopen from June 29 - but not indoor shopping centres.

FM stresses physical distancing and hygiene measures must be in place.
The First Minister says she's unable to give a date for the opening of beer gardens and others in the hospitality sector
Says evidence shows pubs, restaurants and beer gardens can be "hotspots" for virus transmission.

Says there will be updated scientific advice release on July 2.
FM says plans for "blended learning" will aim to maximise the amount of time children spend at school.
Face coverings are being made mandatory on public transport in Scotland from Monday.
This includes planes, taxis, enclosed areas of ferries.

Children under 5 and people with breathing difficulties / physical disabilities which make wearing a covering difficult are exempt.
