36yr old woman becomes FB friends with 29yr old man. They mutually decide to book hotel, have sex. Breakup within 5 months. Boy gets engaged, she goes to cops crying rape. Files FIR 10 days before his marriage, gets cops to his wedding venue to arrest. Then demands 15 LACS
This demand is put as a part of "mediation" ordered by court during bail hearing of the man who's in merchant Navy, hence a cash cow to milk. Within 2 months of this FIR, woman marries her advocate - Ravi Raj who's an aspiring mountaineer & also claims to be a proud nationalist
Now imagine that MEDIATIONS are happening as part of RAPE cases now. Going by terminology used, she's apparently a "rape survivor" just because she filed an FIR of rape. This woman implicated this mans parents too saying they beat her, abused her, all LIES, disproved by CDR.
Initial demand of this woman during mediation was 80 LACS which came down to 15 LACS. Thankfully this man had enough evidence to prove his innocence & hence Anticipatory Bail. Woman used standard template - he promised marriage, put vermillion, had sex, made video. NO PROOF.
