Friends running social for the museums quite rightly getting criticised for things like white privilege: stay strong.
I know most of you endorse this criticism and are trying to effect change from your corner.
Please keep challenging my museum on these issues too. #musesocial

Seeing hundreds of comments directed at your org (via your very soul) can take a toll, but when it& #39;s something you fully agree with and have limited power to change, it can be a bit of a mindf*ck.

Sometimes I& #39;m tempted not to critique these issues on social because I personally know the human who will read it and I don& #39;t want to add to their pile on.
But I also know they& #39;d say something if they could and that they probably feel powerless.

So, please keep challenging my museum.
Say what I might not be able to.
Give me fuel for the change I want to see in my organisation.
Receiving and processing that criticism on behalf of my museum is the least I can do with my privilege.
