Warton.

This is on the way to Warton Stock Car Club at the end of Sand Lane. This is the only one that's a bit tricky by bike as you have to get through two stiles. You could lock up at the first then it's a short walk.

Curlew
Bolton-le-Sands

This is on The Shore, head down St Michael's Lane or Pasture Lane and you'll find it.

Shellduck
Hest Bank

Just over the railway crossing.

Redshank
Half Moon Bay, Heysham.

Opposite the cafe.

Dunlin
Potts Corner
Middleton.

This is on the sands at the end of Carr Lane.

Ringed Plover
Plover Scar
Near Cockerham.

Head along Moss Lane then turn right onto Slack Lane and you'll find it. There's a nice view of Sunderland Point from here. You can also visit Cockersands Abbey a bit further along the shore, just follow the path.

Fluke Hall Lane
Pilling

This is at the end of Fluke Hall lane where it meets the shore.
