If you're disenfranchised, devalued, discriminated against or ostracised because you're a heterosexual white male, I will stand with you.

If you're being systematically murdered by those charged with protecting you, I will stand with you.

If you're not supported by those governing bodies that should be responsible for your health and well-being, I will stand with you.

If you're faced with inequality due to the colour of your skin, I will stand with you.

If you're faced with inequality due to your sexuality, I will stand with you.

If you're faced with inequality because of your gender, I will stand with you.

I will fight for you in all these situations.

However, I expect you to do something for me in return.

If people of colour are being disenfranchised, devalued or discriminated against because they're black or brown, I expect you to stand with me for them.

If people of colour are being systematically murdered by those charged with protecting them, I expect you to stand with me for them.

If people of colour aren't being supported by the governing bodies that should be responsible for their health and well-being, I expect you to stand with me for them.

If people of colour and faced with inequality just because of the colour of their skin, I expect you to stand with me for them.

If the LGBT+ community are faced with inequality due to their sexuality, I expect you to stand with me for them.

If women are faced with inequality purely because of their gender, I expect you to stand with me for them.

I expect you to stand with me in ALL these situations.

If you can't acknowledge or understand this, or you're unable or unwilling to change, you're not part of the problem, you ARE the problem.
