Stunned to read @DrMuffi claiming Covid19 patients require “more oxygen upto 60/80 liters per minute per patient” that’s misleading. @BDUTT

Most Covid19 infection resolve on their own.
Acute cases may require hospitalization with breathing difficulties from pneumonia, and in some instances, the illness can include ARDS, sepsis and septic shock @BDUTT @DrMuffi 2/n

Significant number of the Covid19 ICU patients will not require more than 3-6 ltrs per minute per patient. That too not a continuous flow.
60-80 ltrs per patient per minute can cause severe oxygen toxicity and associated complications. 3/n @BDUTT @DrMuffi

I hv a lot of respect for @DrMuffi but I hv an unsocilicted advice for him. Stop glamorizing Covid19 facilities as an event stage... You’ve made several claims abt the NSCi dome facility and harp abt the “contactless” treatment. That’s bizarre. @BDUTT @DrMuffi 4/n
On the contrary Covid19 patients in hospitals require physical physiotherpists for prone positioning of those with breathing difficulties and a significant amount of nursing care. @DrMuffi @BDUTT 5/n
