Hanafis: No, in general. Yes, when it is in a musical and melodious tone. — (Radd al-Muhtar, 1/406)
Malikis. No.

Imam al-Khurashi al-Māliki said in his commentary of the Mukhtasar:

❝The Mu’tamad opinion is that a woman’s voice is not awrah so long as something that would make it impermissible to listen to her voice does not present itself.❞

— (1/237)
Hanbalis. No.

❝The voice of a woman is not awrah, however, it is impermissible for a man to listen to it with desire even if that which is said consists of the Quran.❞

— Daqaiq Ulu al-Nuha.
Shafi’is; No.

Imam al-Nawawi said:

❝If we were to say that a woman’s voice is awrah then it would imply that her prayer would be broken if she heightened it therein. Hence it is not.❞

— al-Majmu’ Sharh al-Muhaddhab.
Imam al-Dimyati al-Shāfi’ī said:

❝It is permissible to listen to the voice of a woman so long as a person does not seek to derive sexual pleasure from it and does not fear fitnah...

Contd.
If either of the two exceptions applies then the ruling changes from permissibility to impermissibility (hurmah). This applies to all speech including the Quran.❞
