Dear PM @narendramodi, tell country the truth, take people into confidence, and start.

Each one of us is with you.

A territorial threat has to be dealt militarily.

Else, it is not the asymmetry in capabilities that stand exposed.

But the asymmetry in resolve.

Can't we boycott China economically? Or do trade restrictions?

Yes. Of course. But take a look at the import composition and we will learn that this is long term while the territorial incursion is current.

Also, a military threat can never be countered by economic boycott.

Why trade restrictions is not an answer?

Because of two reasons.

1. A new front of warfare would be opened. Wherein as of now they have far higher capabilities.

2. Sans a military response, they can always militarily threaten us to open and ease on trade restrictions.

Let's say we boycott and put trade restrictions against Chinese products.

But they start another front in Sikkim or Arunachal and pressurize us to go back on the restrictions.

What will be our response then? Ease up on the restrictions or to militarily respond?

When you analyse it, it will be clear that military might in the immediate and the tactical terms has to be dealt with military might only.

And here it is not the question of capability. But of resolve..

Take a look at Pakistan. Militarily much weaker than us.

But when we threatened their territorial integrity with Balakot strikes, they didn't think twice before doing retaliatory air raids. Immediate military response.

And it was us who chose to not escalate it further.

When territorial integrity is threatened and we choose not to respond with force, what is the message that we are giving to the world at large?

Even a farmer uses force when his farm is encroached by the neighbour and refuses to move out.

Here we are talking about our country.

Some people consider this as war mongering.

No!

Use of force is most justified when the territorial integrity is questioned.

That is the precise and only reason why we keep and maintain such a large armed forces.

We ought to give a free hand to our armed forces.

LAC is hot now. They are inside our territory. We didn't do it. They did it.

And killed our soldiers.

Message should be loud and clear that we are not going to sit back with our hands tied.

A military threat has to be responded militarily..

And this is where we want your resolve dear PM @narendramodi.

Let's tell the Chinese in no ambiguous terms that there will be costs.

While we are ready to bear ours, it is for them to decide whether they are?

For our army will exact costs.

That's our deterrence against war.

Would conclude by saying that your political opposition is not your enemy. They are your compatriots.

Don't be cornered into this lonely feeling. Don't make domestic politics your decision making criteria.

Be transparent, be honest.

Every single Indian is with you.
