I’ve not done a whole post on here about this yet. Other than my ‘check me out’ photos its not something I talk about much really. But a few weeks ago someone asked for my reflections about this. So fuck it here we go...

A yr ago today I went gastric band to bypass after a few yrs of mulling it over. Gas for enough stuff and it probably makes you think about things a bit more, you can basically set up a trip advisor equivalent.

Given recent months I think it’s fair to say we all have things that scare us, it’s how we deal with them that matters. Reading back my difficult bits and observations over the past yr, mine mostly involve anxiety about other folks perceptions and opinions.
Perhaps something for us all to consider in future for life in general. So fuck everyone else and do what is right for you.
