2)..with other #shielded, the pain of feeling ignored, and left, like it’s been convenient to lock us away and forget about us, so our needs are shut down, so of course we cost less. No updates for us, no news about the future. No bubble, no picnics at the beach, Hey remember us?

And when we get released, what then? Who supports us to take those first steps outside and to reengage, rejoin life, when it’s been so easy to forget us? How will we be accepted back? How will we get our strength and control back? Will one prison replace another? #shielding
