When he says it would have been almost over now, he is referring to a global herd immunity.

Johan Giesecke is a consultant to the Public Health Agency of Sweden, leading Sweden to a catastrophic failure where the old and the frail have been the first to suffer and die by thousands - without being anywhere near the herd immunity he said Sweden would reach by mid-May.
