First off, the store was created on May 2nd, 2020.
Only a few hours after seeing an ad on Instagram for that same product.
By the end of the day (May 2nd) I had everything ready to go...
- Store was ready
- Products were uploaded
- Creatives were scheduled

Usually, people take a few days or week to get a new store ready for launch.
I did it in under 24 hours.
Big lesson in there...

How Did I Build The Store & Creatives?
The store is fairly simple as it follows the same structure all of my stores follow (1-product store with glorious storyselling)
I also grabbed 5-10 things from my competitors store which I knew I could improve and got to work.

Creatives wise... I always use 3 different ones when starting a new project.
For my 1st, I knew I wanted to test the same creative my competitor was testing.
For my 2nd, I got @StackingEUR to create a killer video ad to test against our competitors.

And lastly for our 3rd creative, I downloaded 4-5 pictures from google and put them in a carousel ad.
With all of the creatives ready, I scheduled everything for midnight on May 3rd 2020 and let er rip.
I started off with one $100 CBO (5 cold interests. targeting the USA only)

After a few days I duplicated the campaign and changed to 5 new cold interests.
I also duplicated campaign #2 and doubled the budget.
(I repeated the process above once more so I ended up having 4 campaigns by the end of the first week)
Results for the first week are below

During week 2, I did not launch any new campaigns but I slowly increased campaign budgets by no more than 20%.
At the end of week 3 and $70k in sales later, I came across a few fulfillment issues... I decided it was best to pause the store while I figured it out so I could scale

A few takeaways from this store:
- Speed is key (launch fast. always.)
- The carousel ad (with pictures from google) blew both other video creatives out the water
- @StackingEUR ‘s creative was the 2nd best performer
- sometimes slow and steady wins the race (when scaling)

Keep in mind this store did $70k in sales in 20 days with ONLY cold interests...
At the time I had not even began running any lookalike audiences, broad campaigns nor had I scaled massively...
All campaigns were running at $220/day MAX
