Such processes cannot work without political funding. When a contract worth billions of rupees is being decided, who influences it? Which domestic companies work to further a foreign company’s interests? Which parties/govts are more amenable to such lobbying? 2/n

We can keep talking about boycotting apps & diwali bulbs. What needs to be told is, who in India stands to gain from China gaining from us, & are they funding political parties?
