BIG: The second officer, Devin Brosnan, has now become a state’s witness and will testify against his former fellow officer, DA says. #RayshardBrooks

Officer Brosnan, now on administrative duty, is facing three charges: aggravated assault and 2 counts of oath violation.

He admitted to standing on #RayshardBrooks shoulders, DA says.

Both police officers have until 6pm tomorrow to turn themselves in. #RayshardBrooks

#RayshardBrooks’ widow, Tomika Miller, was sitting in the courtroom and was scheduled to speak today.

But after listening to the details, her attorney says, “she is in no condition to speak.”

NEW: Officer Brosnan’s attorneys say while he is cooperating in the investigation, he has NOT agreed to be a state’s witness or testify in #RayshardBrooks case.

That’s in direct contradiction to what DA said today.
