Keep seeing pics of the #freeschoolmeals packs kicking around (and being sent them on here and other mediums). Anyone got any more? Because these are awful. Literally awful. Just because people may be poor doesn't mean they don't need basic nourishment and adequate calories.

This is allegedly a #freeschoolmeal pack for a week. I don't think the sponge is included.

Here's another one. A week's worth of lunches, apparently, for a child aged up to 11.

And if anyone is going to come at me with 'its free they should be grateful' I will fire my arrow now, my life is on fire, I'm barely sleeping, and I've had my absolute fill of baity internet ignorants for this year already so I will not be kind or even measured in my response.

(So there's no misunderstanding - these packs are not the same as Marcus Rashfords astonishing and brilliant campaign for free school meals vouchers to be continued over the summer. They're issued INSTEAD of vouchers. Marcus has done a brilliant thing, pretty much by himself.)
