@VodafoneIreland @eir My elderly, frail parents have been without landline or internet for 2.5 weeks, and most importantly their phone-line connected panic button. They’ve called repeatedly and been promised a callout to fix and no one comes or calls to apologise/explain /1
They have these services with @VodafoneIreland who say they are trying to get @eir engineer to fix. I don’t know who’s responsible, and don’t care, just between you will you sort it out as soon as possible. They live alone with no family nearby & I’m in England /2
They were given mobile internet but as ‘compensation’ but have no smart phone with which to use it! They are locked down and have no way of seeing their grandchildren or getting emergency help when they need it. /3
Direct message me urgently for details and sort it out immediately. There’s no excuse for leaving old people unsafe and cut off - and I’m holding both of your companies responsible while this farce continue /4

Instead of bothering to call out in last 3 weeks @VodafoneIreland @eir expect my octogenarian mother to be able to fix her own phone and internet. @comreg please read this thread. I’ll be in touch with formal complaint if no one comes out by end tomorrow /6
