The disease can be classified into

1)ASYMPTOMATIC

2)PAUCI SYMPTOMATIC

3)NEAR LIFE THREATENING

4)LIFE THREATENING

5)FATAL

ASYMPTOMATIC : This means that the patient has no symptoms of Covid but an incidental RT PCR shows positive for the virus

This requires no treatment at all except for vitamin supplements

All credits of recovery goes to the immunity of the patient

PAUCI SYMPTOMATIC: minimal symptoms ,RT PCR is positive treatment is again supplements .All credits of recovery goes to the patients immunity

Near life threatening: where the patient oxygen drops around 85 to 90 percent ,patient is breathless and here is where we give normal oxygen support along with measures to prevent secondary infection and do serial investigation for worsering of disease with or with out steroids

The credits of recovery is 60 percent for the doctors

LIFE THREATENING: patients oxygen drops less than 80 percent where we give High flow oxygen support along with measures to prevent secondary infection and do serial investigation for worsering of disease
