Why Niall chose to do a parallel of “Paper houses” on “Moral of the story” remix: a thread

#Nashe #MoralOfTheStoryftNiall
First of all, I want you to know that this thread has no intentions of speculate into the private life of Niall nor Ashe.

I did this thread for you to identify with the story I am about to share
Keep in mind that art is a way of expression. They went through some things and they portray it that on songs with hope that some people could listen and see themselves on it
Also, I would like to add that I am going to refer to this thread I made about “Heartbreak weather” because I found some parallels there as well. https://twitter.com/niallanalysis/status/1250121241857572867
So, shall we begin?
“Moral of the story” talks about a farewell to a past relationship which ended in bad terms.
Let’s go to my analysis of “Heartbreak weather” for a moment...

Remember what I have told you about Taylor Swift and RED album? https://twitter.com/niallanalysis/status/1250180094552924160
Exactly, a relationship which combusted and faded away..
In Ashe’s song it states:

“So I never really knew you”

Remember “black and white”, where I told you this?: https://twitter.com/niallanalysis/status/1250181961563410433
What about “Blindsided, addicted”?

Remember when I told you this? https://twitter.com/niallanalysis/status/1250181521052483587
I'm not saying that she based this song on Niall whatsoever, instead I want you to notice something else which I'm going to reveal later on this thread...
Ashe has said that the person who inspired to do this song was her ex-husband.

They got married really young for instance they were really in a immature to take that step, And she knows by singing:

“Young people fall in love with the wrong people sometimes”
But how this song relates to “paper houses”?

Niall’s line on this song states:
“Paper houses” also describes fragile relationship but in this case he talks about a house they shared for some time.

“Our paper houses reach the stars till we break and scatter for worlds apart”
He chose to put that line where in the original version stated this for a reason:
Ashe told this in an interview with GENIUS:

Full interview: https://genius.com/Ashe-moral-of-the-story-lyrics
Their love was built “out of a stacks of cards” which turned “volatile”.

They loved so fast and so intensely that they “fall so far”.
When Niall states “it ended up as strangers” could refer to “Arms of a stranger”.

I want you to notice the relation between that line and my analysis of that song: https://twitter.com/niallanalysis/status/1254463574396846086
Niall chose “Paper houses” because it relates the story Ashe told us; a young love, red and passionate which climbed really high and then it combusted and disappeared.
But more importantly, both songs talks about a house which wasn’t a home.
They knew what they were doing. Both knew that it was harmful the relationship they were in. But they tried to make it work anyway
But in the end, they realized how toxic it were
Those songs I told you (RED album, heartbreak weather and arms of a stranger) could be related not because they were intended to be that way, but because most people have felt a love like this...
Immature, toxic, passionate and anxious. The saddest part of all is that there is no way you could learn about it without being heartbroken.
This kind of love appears in our lives to reach us how real love is....

As “A walk to remember” states:
This song is so beautiful and yet so heartbreaking. You can feel Ashe pain and sadness in her voice.

I think it’s so brave showing so much vulnerability...
Because we are humans, we have a world of emotions and impulses that make us take action in our lives.
If she never had the chance of being heartbroken, she could never understood how real love works.

As the same song states:
After this, she learned to love herself, she became stronger, she now knows how toxic relationships works and she doesn’t want to be in that position again...

“That’s the moral of the story”
