to the party, but he didn't have no one to call so they called, as they said 'the girls from last night' When she arrived she asked Tekashi to add her on Facebook but he didn't have and there was no wifi there. Tekashi was 17 at that time, this happened on February, his birthday+
is on May. The girl asked him for his age, he said he was 18. The legal age in NY is 17. She said she was 19. The boys started to record, there were all having fun, the girl was throwing gang signs to the camera and stuff. But eventually, she took off her shirt so she was nude+
The girl began to have consensual oral sex with other guy from the party. 69 didn't. He did not have sex with that girl at all. He uploaded the videos that were recorded to the Internet, then months later, a detective called at his door, a trial began on October when he was 18.
She knew they were gonna record, she knew that was going to go viral, remember how she asked for Tekashi to add her on Facebook even though he did not have seen her before. He did not know her age. 69 stated to the police the way she asked him for his age made him think she was
older, he also says in all the interviews the girl claimed to be 19. So how is he a pedophile? A girl who is 13 can look way older, plus with makeup and some clothes you can look perfectly 19. Remember how Dani was 17 and he claimed to be 18, why? Well, 2 months later he would
be 18, but this happened when he also was a minor. He clearly thought the girl was older, he was in the party with people who were older than him, people who called 'the girl from last night' If someone 'calls the girl from last night' you assume she isn't a minor, plus if she
asks you for your age, you clearly assume she isn't a minor. Even though you don't believe the girl claimed to be 19, these things would clearly make you feel she's older. He was starting to be viral, that's why he began to be with people older than him, he uploaded that videos
so how the fuck is he gonna upload that if he was aware of her age? Remember, he was starting to be viral, if y'all think a 13 y.o would never look like she's 19 then why would he upload that? To get into a big trouble? Nah.

Pleading guilty when you are not, it's a very common legal strategy to reduce your sentence. He did not know how many years he could get (Let's remember, for being in the same room with a girl who claimed to be 19) and had a daughter on the way at that time.
So, how is he a rapist if he did not have sex with her? How is he a pedophile if the girl claimed to be 19? How is he a pedophile if other guys older than him called her because she was with them 'last night'? You assume she's older. He was 17, A MINOR.
He pleaded guilty for using a minor in a sexual performance, he had to reduce his sentence, and the other guy was the one who recorded it all, 69 reposted it. Tell me how is he a pedophile or a rapist? He's not even registered as a sex offender, the other guy is registered.
He was sentenced to 1000 hours of communitary service. He never went to jail because of this case. People are so ignorant...they tend to confusse his trial when he went to jail at the age of 22 with the trial of the girl which happened when he was 18.
->Domestic violence. He pleaded guilty to this in the last trial, you can see it, but why? Well, we are gonna break it down. As y'all know, he cooperated with the government to reduce his sentence. This was one of the points. He had to plead guilty, THEN they would not prosecute
him for these 'crimes'. This was not what the trial was about so it wasn't really important. Sara Molina (his baby mother) began to say these types of thing when he was in jail and he could not protect himself. You can see all the dates are similar.
To understand it all, we have to know who was Shotti. Shotti was 69's manager and friend. He was after a long time, caught on the phone planning how to kill him along with other guys from the gang, who Tekashi considered his friends. He is now in jail.
Why are all the accusations made in 2019 when he already was not with Sara Molina? You could think she was scared...but..Do y'all know why she began those rumours about domestic violence? Ok. Rumours about her sleeping with Shotti meanwhile 69 was on tour began to appear...
There were also viral images about Sara Molina allegedly giving top to Shotti. You can search for them. She claims this. He hit him when he discovered Shotti's rumours....and...what does have Shotti to say about all of this drama? Well...
He says the rumours about him sleeping with Sara are false, and that 69's PR team made this up to make him look good..But again, Sara claims he hit her after him discovering rumours about Shotti sleeping with her. Wasn't Shotti saying these rumours were made by his PR to make him
look good and to make people sympathize with him for snitching? Weird. And, she was cuddling with one of his former associates...so...Sara sleeping with Shotti wouldn't be so weird.
More about this..Let's remember...his own 'crew' didn't want him around, they were caught on the phone trying to kill him and they kidnapped him, robbed him millions and threatened his mother's life. (That's why he snitched, are u going to be loyal to that people?)
You can watch the video, it's on the Internet. 6ix9ine is now out, still, Sara keeps associating with people he's currently having beef with, example, Rich The Kid. Watch the date..May 13th of this year...is this a traumatized woman? Really?
It's clear that she made up those rumours to hide her own rumours...5 days ago talking about him...She says he mentioned her...when the only thing he did was saying in a live he also snitched because they weren't loyal, and they slept with his baby mama and more things..
->Did he want to murder Chief Keef? First, this beef started because Chief Keef's cousin was abussing Cuban Doll, a friend of 6ix9ine which appeared with him on Billy music video. Kooda (69's best friend) said this in the trial about the shooting. -WANTED TO INTIMIDATE-
