30 days ago I started Twitter

In 30 days I’ve:

- passed 1,500 followers
- grew my email over 400
- made $1,000 profit

This is my story.

“My 1st Month on Twitter”

- A Mega Thread -
Chapter 1:
“The spark”

We all start Twitter for different reasons.

I started Twitter as an experiment.

I wanted to see if it was possible to:

- grow to 1,000 followers
- launch my product
- make $1000 in a month

Not only was it possible.

It’s achievable for anyone.
Chapter 2:
“The plan”

I created this account in early May but didn’t start tweeting until May 19th

Why?

Because I was buying ebooks and studying.

I wanted to have the best advantage to accomplish my goals.

But I also knew that buying ebooks would help get me noticed fast.
Chapter 3:
“The first 100”

My first 100 followers came from buying ebooks.

Seriously.

I bought ebooks from big affiliates and learned that those big accounts remember you if you made them money.

I used this to my advantage.

They remembered me and RT’d me from the start.
Chapter 4:
“The machine”

Twitter is like a machine.

The more you feed it the more it performs.

I started feeding it 50+ comments on other people’s tweets (not including my own tweets).

This got my name and face out there.

It got people talking.

It got people noticing.
Chapter 5:
“The curve”

I saw a huge jump in followers from week 2 to week 3.

This was purely due to following @CMillerTalks guide “Make it Stick”

I carefully crafted “us vs them” style tweets that caused tons of growth.

I was able to go from 400 to 1000 followers in a week.
Chapter 6:
“Value Guy”

Once I hit 1000 followers I stepped into the name “Value Guy”

I became the go-to for quick Twitter tips.

This has been my bread and butter.

I enjoy sharing tips that work.

Tip: find a niche and stick to it. You become an authority quicker.
Chapter 7:
“The risk”

I took a huge risk for science.

I slowed my commenting down to 20 comments per day for a week!

Why?

To see if quality tweets could grow my account alone.

They did!

I grew 500 followers in a week through quality tweets and minimal comments.
Chapter 8:
“Friends”

I have met a ton of friends along my journey.

My dearest friends:
@vizovisek
@AskTheGiver
@AyAy_Ron69
@bglock09
@ScottStemple3
@ambitiousmichhh
@hustlingandrew
@MiIIenniaIMoney

@MoneySavvyMind

And many more!
Chapter 9:
“Ninja hacks”

I’ve learned a lot of hacks along the way.

Here are some of my favs.

1. Comment within the 1st hour.
2. Retweet yourself.
3. Learn what times people are on Twitter.
4. Create targeted niche based lists
5. Use DM group wisely
6. Threads!
7. Value!
Chapter 10:
“What’s next?”

Here’s a peek into my future.

1. I’m going to release a Twitter course that documents my journey and all my hacks.

2. I’m going to create another account and grow it (I dare you to find me and call me out) 😉

3. Next stop: affiliate marketing!
