My posts have led people to privately share stories around COVID19 in CrossRiver State . The nightmare of trying to get tested, coping with suspected illness, and frustrations even from proffessionals. My heart breaks.

All for what? Fake accolades for being COVID19 free when all around us there illness and death.
COVID19 is a virus the majority recover from. HOWEVER in Cross River, people have been saved if we were not pretending we have a deadly wave of malaria

and cannot offer any care for COVID19. In fact the stigma is so high we may never be positioned to cope. Even the mask charade ended m before the state started adding the term Post COVID19 to all its media.
People could have been and can be saved!

Bear in mind the situation also affects sick people who do not have COVID19 when Drs are unable to test or function
How many RIP will we continue type in Cross River? I am already tired and so scared of looking at my phone.

I would like to thank NCDC and Fed Ministry of Health and PTF and all the advocates who stopped the unbelievable attempts in Cross River yesterday to open schools. It's not enough. We need mass testing and deprograming of a population who have drank the kool aid of complacency

We need options for people who are scared or unaware they may be sentencing older people or people with preexisting conditions to death. We need protection and alternative testing channel for our teaching hospital. This current charade is evil. A young man

A young man narrated his 3 week attempt to get tested. Luckily he has disregarded the post COVID19 we have none in the state propaganda and isolated. Chemists are now dispensing what they think are COVID19 cures from WhatsApp.
Some had relatives die TRYING to be tested

@Fmohnigeria and @NCDCgov I know your situation room is full of Cross River reports and fears. We await more action.
And people Nigerian test numbers will NEVER increase if certain states continue suppressing testing. NCDC has delivered in increasing testing CAPACITY

But the testing volume is in the hands of the states. Whether on demand or with door to door
Cross river is a different ball game. I have never seen anything like this in my life.
