HERE IS A THREAD ON WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON IN MEXICO SINCE NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE AWARE. AND HERE ARE PETITIONS YOU CAN SIGN ALONG WITH THE STORIES OF EACH VICTIM/SITUATION.
Fernandez Vilchis was killed by a collision with a Metrobus. It was an accident..however, a corrupted file claimed that her liver showed a percentage of 83/100 of alcohol which then deemed the accident as a ‘suicide’ and Fernandez as an ‘alcoholic’. (1)
The diabetic driver had three medications that made him photosensitive to sunlight which favours the fact that it was an accident and that was not mentioned anywhere in the report. (2)
A series of inconsistencies has turned the file into a knot of corruption and an opinion formed of Fernandez as a suicidal Alcoholic. It was obvious that the other drivers’ company was trying to clear their name and to hide the truth. Fernandez could not consume alcohol in (3)
(4) in those proportions since she suffered from hepatitis several years ago. Elias Guzmán. Elias had died from COVID-19 like many other thousands of health workers in Mexico City. He was hired under the job stability program; this program was designed to deny most basic labour rights; seniority, retirement savings, housing, or pension in the event of (1)
death. the only thing guaranteed is a precarious salary which is more than forty percent below of basic workers (who have labour rights). The government has systematically violated the labour rights of thousands of people who work for the health secretary (2)
and have denied their families a future. After his death, the staff only cared about obtaining a copy of the death certificate in order to “cancel the position” and hire as soon as possible a new doctor. The wife of Elias was indicated that she was not entitled to any type of (3)
