9) Obama's OFA foundation has more than 250 offices around the country.

This is a little known, but very well funded protesting arm. It is beefing up staff and ramped up recruitment of young liberal activists, declaring on it's website "We are not backing down."

Registered as a 501(c)(4) (what Waters was discussing above) - it doesn't have to disclose its donors. OFA has raised more than $40M (cont.) ...
