Fans of color - I've mainly seen Black fans in this situation - have no recourse but to comment on racist (truly racist, not ignorant "can't write POC well" stories) telling the author "hey that's really fucking racist" on repeat because reports don't work.
If you care more about the fact that I mentioned that bugging an author who's written racist fic is the only way to maybe get it taken down from the Archive than you do about how folks do feel comfortable posting truly racist fic on the site and fans of color can't report...well
