On arrival, those SARS operatives were cleared in, by one mobile police officer identified as ELISHA HASSAN. Who was in charge of security at the night club. It was someone at the lounge who recognised Kingsley, that called to alert his siblings about his arrest.
When the call came, that was around 9pm. Everyone tried calling his number, but no one was picking. They called & called, & called, but it rang out. By 11:30pm someone picked the call, but wasn't talking. All his siblings head were voices from the Background.

Saying "Shae una say una finish secondary school, make una write una statement. Abi na we go write statement for una".. just like that repeatedly. They then hang up the phone. And up till this moment Kingsley's phone number 08065218307 has been switched off.

The next day 6th of January 2020, three of his siblings went to the Boss lounge where the incident happened. They met the mobile policeman Elisha Hassan who cleared the SARS officers in to inquire about Kingsley. He told them it was SARS Officers that made the arrest.
That the word SARS, was boldly inscribed on their vest. That they even dropped a phone number when he insisted for it. Having gotten that information, Kingsley's elder brother TARIUWA EZEKIEL personally went to SARS office in port harcourt to inquire.

On getting there, he met one supol Amanze, who sent someone to check their cell if the persons he is looking for was there. The officer came back & said no one like that was in their custody. Ezekiel became afraid. But supol Amanze advised that he goes straight to radio room.
At the state police headquarters to search for them.
He went there, and met a lady who radioed all the stations around searching for Kingsley, but none of the stations agreed to have him/them in custody.
He spent over two hours, yet the result was still negative.
He was advised to go and confirm once again from the mobile officer at the Boss lounge about who actually made the arrest.
So he quickly went there, in company of his younger sister this time. When they got there, the Mopol officer Elisha Hassan still insisted it was SARS.
That Special Anti Robbery Squad was boldly inscribed on their vehicle. That the boys just followed them calmly, and most people in the lounge didn't know what transpired. He now called the phone number those SARS Officer left with him. Which is 09021007043.
The phone number belongs to Francis Nwankwo. Who was part of the SARS team that arrested TARIUWA KINGSLY on the 5th of January 2020. The Mopol officer Elisha Hassan phoned him from his personal mobile number, which is 08036747679. With the phone on speaker so everyone can hear.
When the SARS Officer picked the call, Hassan told him that he is the Mopol man at the night club last night, that the relations of the boys they arrested are here with him. And the SARS Officer on the other side of the phone now said "Forget them! Them don come our office today,
In fact commander don tell them say no be we arrest the boys. we don travel those boys, shae u understand, we don clear them, no where e reach, nothing go happen".

Haven gotten that privilege information, Ezekiel Tariuwa was advised to petition the commissioner of police in Rivers State, and to go to the press. Because SARS is up to something. They want to Kill his brother and clean evidence. So on the 8th of January 2020 he petitioned.
Ezekiel Tariuwa was also at Nigeria info FM in port Harcourt on the 10th of January 2020 to talk about his brother Kingsley Tariuwa sudden disappearance and the denial of his arrest by men of the Special Anti Robbery squad (SARS)

The commissioner of police directed the DCP state CIID to handle the case.
ASP RUFUS is the IPO, and the one in charge of the case at state CIID.
He invited the mobile policeman, the management of the Boss lounge and SARS on 16th of January to appear at the state CIID.
Everyone showed, up except SARS. The mobile policeman Hassan was detained. ASP RUFUS, then invited SARS again, but they didn't show up. When SARS refused to show up, Ezekiel Tariuwa contacted @PoliceNG_CRU about the case. & was given a case tracking no CRU100371. Since january 20
SARS showed up two days later, without Kingsley Tariuwa, at state CIID. Connived and compromised the case. On the day the DCP in charge called to give update on their final investigation was the day the OC general investigations said the case has been transferred to Abuja.
Not a single word about KINGSLEY TARIUWA was uttered that day. No reason for his arrest, or his present state and location. The result of their investigations was not relayed, and has not been relayed up till this moment.

His family waited for @PoliceNG_CRU, but nothing was forth coming. Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months. Kingsley Tariuwa was working as a heavy duty truck driver with the frozen fish division of the national union of maritime workers at the (NPA) port Harcourt.
So the family filed a suit at the state high court, in Port Harcourt (Rivers State) The court gave an order to the Special Anti Robbery squad (SARS) on the 4th of March 2020. For the immediate release of KINGSLEY TARIUWA from detention pending the hearing of the case.
But SARS has refused to release Kingsley, & has dared the state high court, to do it's worst. No one knows the crime of Kingsley. No one knows if he is still alive or dead. It is now 5 moths, 10 days since his arrest. & that was the last time his family saw him.
