Gonna make this the thread for my real time progress making this game

First 4 hours: knocked up some procedural dungeon generation code and got the player movement working, it's a little scuffed but it adds charm I feel might fix it later anyway
Hours 4 - 6: spent WAY too long trying to get the end point to spawn and move correctly. The way to progress to the next level is to find this guy in a random room. He's gonna have a proper design soon but right now he's a little goblin from a unity sample pack
Spent hour 7 getting the players main weapon to work, couldn't decide between raycasts or projectiles so I accidentally implemented both
also I'm super tired from work today and I'm a bad enough dude to get an early(ish) night

Hour 10: A lil cursor spins around you to direct you where the end goal is, the hearts spawn more frequently the closer you are as such :0)
Up to hour 12: Added maybe the best "you win" screen I've ever added to a game, also took care of the boring stuff like reloading the scene, pause menu and the title screen
This is *technically* a game jam it's just cus I'm busy with my job and stuff I'm counting the hours whenever I'm working on this game and giving myself 48 total man hours we cool? we cool
No progress this weekend, I’m taking a break see ya Monday <3
15 hours: Got boring stuff implemented like refining pathfinding movement, spawning enemies in the right rooms and making sure they're room specific. Look at this cat
18 hours: Lots added! Enemies will now patrol around rooms when the player isn't in their room, I've also optimised enemies to disable when out of camera view (pathfinding takes a lot of power, take notes yanderedev) I added music tracks and lastly added generated blood splats!
Yes the game will be gay, more on that when I’m doing the art
19 and a half hours: sometimes you just gotta fix your terrible room generation code you started with
22 and a half hours: Lots of stuff!! Better dungeon and room generation! Working settings menu with saved preferences! Shooter enemy variants!
So we're at hour 24! Halfway through and I've got most of the programming done. Last meaningful thing I added was this enemy type here who has a tiger (the unassuming orange square) with him that attacks if you get too close
