if anyone else finds the sound of rainstorms calming http://rainymood.com  is a great site! it's constant audio of rain and last time I checked it theres an option to lay it over a song or youtube video of your choice!
I also sometimes find myself watching/listening to ASMR on youtube to relax myself! it may not be for everyone but if you haven't tried it before consider watching a few clips! there's so many different kinds of videos on it if you search through youtube!!
this might not help anyone but sometimes pictures of baby animals cheer me up a bit even if its temporarily đŸ„ș
