I am from Hyderabad, Gachibowli area.

My RO+UV water purifier has not been working.

Last month, service man from Eureka Forbes came and said the motor has to be replaced. He said he will come very next day and fix the issue. Then he stopped answering the phone.
After waiting for few days, raised a complaint on 2 June 2020 (complaint number 2016549081). As there was no action on it, I called back few days back and the executive promised to get this escalated and acted upon on priority.
Again, as there was no action on it so far, I called again today on 13 June at around 2 PM. I was told it will be looked into on priority. I spoke to supervisor, one Mr. Arun came on line (Employee number 8143583) and said he will look into this on priority.
This has been ridiculous after sales experience. Till this issue is resolved, I will keep tweeting the progress on status of my complaint so that the world will know how efficient Eureka Forbes is.
