i expected hidetaka was gonna be a another kaito/grisaia yuuji type of guy. suprised he's so insecure and mentally fragile

honestly, this feels promising. the lead up to hidetaka accepting the position of 特務官 was excellent. kaito was great as a comedic lead but honestly flawed main characters like this are more interesting to me personally. depends on how this plays out of course

for how serious business being a 特務官 is, she sure is showing a lot of cleavage in a work environment. that's like 2-3 shirt buttons too much, i believe that's what they call ludonarrative dissonance

i much prefer this approach to story telling compared to akagoei's, which was basically a string of comedic nichijou scenes with no aim, especially the first two games, even if they were pretty funny.

the protagonist has to prove himself in an environment where most people look down on him and invokes a kind of tension that makes me feel invested in the story

and comming from baldr heart having female characters that don't want to fuck the MC on sight from the get go is a breeze of fresh air. that really bothered me more than i'm willing to admitt. the half assed routes are gonna be all the more dissapointing

i should check out kinugasa's LN series sometime. maybe it's the eroge format that allows him to get away with this shit.

glad hidetaka doesn't magically get everything right because he's talented or whatever. i expect he will come out on top in this whole food production plant story eventually, but as of now he fucked up big time and that's cool

well, that was one of the most entertaining common routes i've read. perfect balance of comedy and drama. hidetaka is a great protagonist. very excited to get disappointed by the half assed routes

ok, i started a new game, noticed all the lines were properly voiced and manually skipped to where i left off last time only to find that voices are just missing from this part onward. i guess that's just how it is lol is sure hope they come back later at some point though...
