- situation where they need to inform & shut down a racist. PLEASE let me know if i have explained anything in the wrong way, or said something untrue/unhelpful, or if i should add something

- phrase “single women”, is how this statistic was twisted. “single women” can mean unmarried, which doesn’t equate to raising a child alone.

2. “BLACK ON BLACK VIOLENCE”

black on black crime does not exist. it is a way to blame black people for urban violence, & an excuse to racially profile. while it’s true that, statistically, urban neighborhoods are primarily black, it is DUE TO the long history of exclusion from-

4. FOCUSING MORE ON THE LOOTING THAN THE MURDER/MOVEMENT

we cannot have peace without justice. when mlk was assassinated, there were MASSIVE protests (MUCH bigger than the ones today). lyndon b johnson (the president at the time), focused more on being empathetic & listening to-

let’s not forget that cops have been seen destroying property to frame the protestors & make them look worse. & that the BLM MOVEMENT/its organizers DO NOT stand for violence, it’s individuals. stop shifting the focus.
