Voices are terrible, animation of anything but the fights is lazy, writing is humor and wittyless and that's not even getting into the the offensive stuff

First season done, that was painful idk what young gui was thinking but my Tumblr mutuals must've been hypping the fuck out of this show for me to believe this was worth watching at the time

Took a season and a half but I'm finally getting to the point I feel nauseated whenever a character opens their mouth

God it's always great when you have over 3 hours worth of episode but you done such a crap job at developing character that you literally need to have another character ask "why did you become a huntress to all four main characters" because you're so incompetent

you can't work something that important naturally into the story after almost two seasons

Because acknowledging writing shortcuts makes them more aceptable :)

Volume 2 done!! I... Wanna say technically it was better than the first? At least shit happened and they didn't wait for until the last two eps to develop the plot, but God the writing is awful

Positives: neo, penny, the fight in the food court and that cool fashionista lady with a gattling gun
Cons: everything else

Now it's starting to come back to me, I thought I had dropped because I didn't like 3 volume but I was already very disappointed with how V2 ended at the time I was watching, especially with how underwhelming the last fight was, I guess V3 was just the last straw

LOL I WENT BACK TO WATCH TO MAKE SURE, THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW HOW THE CHAINSAW WHITE FANG GUY GOT BEATEN, BLAKE JUST RAN AWAY. to be fair the train crashed soon after but they could've easily have a quick fight between the two or have her tie him up/knock him out before running

also there's something hilarious about watching people with super powers getting their asses handed to them by normie opponents, the chainsaw guy didn't even use any superpowers but just destroyed weiss by doing some fighting game bs to her and clobbering her to the train

Godammit V3 doesn't have English subs

Wtf did the dub get worse? It feels like the voices are somehow even more irritating than normal

The first fight in the volume actually started decent but quickly got boring the butt rock is nice at least

Oh God yeah, at least Nora's voice def gotten way worse

V3's op also is terrible :( why is the first op the only one they got right

Also there's something hilarious about the fact that all the side and background characters looking better than the main crew because the MCs are so overly designed

Damn these "fights" are such bullshit literally one of them was interesting, the rest is literally just "main characters kick the ass of side characters and showing how much better they are than these randos" instead of making them challenging or interesting
