Hey everyone! So DMCA is a hot topic on @Twitch right now. Some things to keep in mind! (I am not a Lawyer.)

- DMCA are issued by the rights holder. Not by Twitch.
- Twitch mutes your VoDs to keep themselves safe, which in turn helps keep you safe. 1/8
- As a music performance streamer, I take all of this stuff very seriously. But please remember to do your own research. It is really easy to be angry or upset about this and that is OK. Inform yourself and keep yourself safe! 2/8
- Twitch VoDs are run through their "music muting" system, Clips are not.
- It is possible to delete clips back from the beginning of the clip system, it just takes a little while to do. I am sure Twitch is working on a system to fix that! 3/8
- Please remember that Twitch is not actively looking to take down channels. If anything, they are working to do what they can to keep themselves and casters safe from the law.
- Please reach out to professionals for information on this subject. 4/8
- I personally recommend deleting past clips from your channel. Don't worry! There will be new memories to be made! If you want, while you are going through, you can download them and save them for safekeeping! 5/8
If you want to play music on your channel, consider using Non-Copyrighted sources like @Pretzel_Rocks, @NCSounds, or purchasing a @Monstercat License! There is a ton of awesome music out there that is safe to play! 6/8
- Remember that these rules and laws have been in place for a while. These laws are there to help creators be supported for the music and content that they make.

Support your favorite music creators! They are working hard to bring jams your way! 7/8
Once again, I am not a lawyer, but performing music on @Twitch is how I make my living. Please keep yourself informed and do all you can to keep yourself safe on the platform! I hope this information helps put alot of this in perspective! Take Care! :D 8/8
