Lol I& #39;m seeing restaurant owners getting called out. Welp. I& #39;ll tell you from first hand experience... Don& #39;t eat at First Watch, Rams Head (any location), and/or Looney& #39;s. Sorry guys, but um, yeah... that owner ain& #39;t a saint either.

All give preferential treatment to whites for management. All are sexist as fuck. The former is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to systemic racism.

Rams Head transferred ownership to the son of Bill Muelhauser (sp?), Kyle. The same man who out up covert cameras in women& #39;s restrooms in Savage Mill. That store is closed now (partially thanks to Covid).

First Watch is a large company, but I guarantee every location has a story about a regional manager or a DM that just was a little too old, and white, and male... And a little to suspicious of EVERYONE who didn& #39;t look like them.

I speak on FW as a server who got promoted to manager. I appreciate the opportunity, but I also check my privilege. When I would bring suggestions to my regional about possible employees to consider for management, blacks always got overlooked it seemed.

This is a personal experience that I had and could also be a very localized incident. Regardless, it& #39;s unacceptable.
