TRANSFERING POKEMON SUPERTHREAD
Thought it would be neat to talk about what it takes to get a pokemon from Gen 3 GBA carts all the way to Home/Gen 8.

FIRE RED TO SOULSILVER
This began with the move from GBA to DS.
Used a DS lite to transfer from FR to the Pal park in the Gen 2 Remakes

SOULSILVER TO BLACK 2
Next I had to use 2 separate devices to get my Pokemon from Gen 4 to Gen 5 through the transfer center in Black 2.

BLACK 2 TO OMEGA RUBY
Firstly I had to download both the Pokemon Transfer Lab and Pokemon Bank Apps for the 3DS.
Transfer Lab is free and you would have to atleast pay 5 bucks for a year of access to Bank.
Plucked my Pokemon from Gen 5 into TL then went from there to Bank to Gen6

THE JOURNEY SO FAR
GEN 3- Gen 6
Necessary Items:
A DS Lite
A Second DS System
A 3DS
Pokemon Transfer Lab app
Pokemon Bank app
Pokemon Bank Subscription

UPDATE TIME:
Here was Blitz chilling in my copy of Pokemon Moon while he waited for me to get off my ass and continue this thread a bit ago.

FINALLY WE ARE IN GEN 8 LADS
Blitz and some other special Pokemon
(Ones I used to prior games)
All making the move from Pokemon Bank to Pokemon Home

THE END IS NEAR
Blitz and all my other Pokemon are now inside Pokemon Home on the switch.
I'll post the final part of Blitz journey in it's own post.
For now I'll make one last post in this thread listing everything you need to get a Pokemon from Gen 3 to Gen 8.
