1/ I just used the @DoorDash app for the first time and it’s a masterclass in prioritizing user experience. Sign In with Apple made it simple to sign up. Pay made it simple to pay. The app didn’t confirm my phone # until I was placing my order (rather than during onboarding).
2/ The app didn’t ask for notification permission until after the order was placed (which obviously I want notifications for that order I just placed). And right after that fantastic experience signing up and placing my order I was asked to rate the app.
