people who have been overwhelmed recently. just go back to the simple stuff that make life feel normal again.
like for example its my first time in months Ive gotten up early and done my skin care routine (correctly *without me missing some steps that I sometimes feel are unnecessary). made myself some breakfast and actually took a look at the news (sports) cos fuck all news channels.
