During the past 2hrs I went on a 40 min stroll with apple jam, then hopped on the bike for the 30 min machel montano ride, followed by 30 squats. Am I crazy? I just might be 😆

50 min stroll, 30 min ride through costa rica, 40 squats, 10 lying leg raises & 15 mins of stretching. I’m gonna stick to planks for the next 30 days to stabilize my core bc diastasis recti recovery
45 min stroll, 15 mins of power yoga & 2 mins of planks
40 min stroll, 15 min Hawaii scenic cycle, 15 min yoga flow for hamstring & 2 mins of planks 🥴
30 min stroll, 25 min yoga flow for the hammies. Forgot to do planks 🤷🏿‍♀️. My heels touch the ground again in downward dog ☺️
35 min stroll, 20 min hiit cycle with Hannah, 30 mins of yoga for the glutes & core
30 min stroll, 10 min cycle climb w/ Alex, 20 min lower body strength w/ Chase, 10 mins stretching
30 min stroll, 20 min Caribbean ride w/ Ally & 20 min yoga flow w/ Aditi. Resting & grilling all weekend
Changed my mind yesterday so 35 min stroll & 20 min hip hop ride w/ Tunde 😰

45 min stroll, 30 min pitbull ride w/ Ally, day 1 of the core program, 10 min yoga stretch with Aditi & 50 below parallel squats. One of my biggest regrets is not taking up a sport when I was younger

I’ve been struggling to workout this week buuuut I’m pushing through & eating cleaner by the day . I did a 15 min hiit ride w/ Hannah yesterday. 30 min intervals & arms w/ Ally this morning w/ some booty work
That 20 min scenic ride felt like forever but I did it 😩
